We have two spacious traditional black and white 4 star self catering cottages providing comfortable contemporary styling in a beautiful rural setting...a great place to relax and unwind.

Situated away from the main roads but only 6 miles from the historic city of Hereford, both cottages sleep 4 and have been recently refurbished to a high standard with new furniture, pocket sprung beds, good quality linen and Christy towels. There is ample parking directly outside the cottages and large gardens and outdoor sitting areas to enjoy.

We have many lovely walks on our doorstep, past lakes, woods and alongside the River Lugg. We are close to a good pub selling real ale and good food and well placed for local golf courses, vineyards, open gardens, food and folk festivals and historic properties.

We also have history of our own in that our cottages were converted from a former cider barn where Symonds cider originated in 1727; later known for the famous Scrumpy Jack and Founders ciders.

You will love the rural location close to the market towns of Hereford, Leominster and Bromyard and within easy travelling distance of Ludlow, Worcester, Malvern and The Marches with Stratford on Avon, Cheltenham, Birmingham and mid Wales just over an hour away.

We try to do our bit for the environment, with solar heated hot water, a wood burner, composting and recycling. Both our cottages are Non Smoking, and one, well behaved dog is welcome in Founders Cottage.
